How does ESCLaundry work?

ESCLaundry is an on-demand laundry and dry cleaning pick up and drop off service. We help our customers get their laundry done by coordinating and working with professional laundromat around the city.

How can I pay?

Can I drop off my clothes or do you only pick up?

We are a pickup and drop off service; we don’t have the option of dropping off the laundry to our partner laundromats.

How to prepare laundry bags after scheduling pickup?

Is there a minimum order size for Wash & Fold?

Our minimum order size for Wash and Fold is 20lbs / 9.07 kgs. We do accept Wash & Fold orders that weigh less than our minimum, however, you’ll be charged for the minimum order size of 20lbs. Our Wash & Fold service is priced

What’s the turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 24–48 hours depend on the location of the customers laundry load and weather conditions. For Laundry that are picked up on Saturday, we will drop it off on Monday.

Can I receive a delivery if am not home?
